First, check that the name appeared in the licence is exactly the same as the name registered. If not, you have to reinstall with the same name as in the licence. Second, make sure that there are no spaces at the end or in the beginning of the serial pasted. Sometimes when copy-pasted from the browser there is a space character (almost invisible) at the end of the serial. Unfortunately, at the moment the program does not ignore it.
