The program by itself cannot much do. It becomes more interesting when data (images and videos) is added to the repository. If the repository empty, add a new video or new images and geo reference them. This can be done by simply copying data under the predefined repository directory. The predefined directory can be viewed and set in Data Explorer -> Config Options -> data. Next, use import wizard to create metadata in the database. Once a Run is created, use map to geo reference images or videos. To add a reference point on the image or video frame, click on the map at a particular spot, then right-click on image or video frame at the same spot, and select add a frame (reference) point. You can edit later the precise coordinates of the point. Note also that frame points on video can be created only on so-called way-points, which means that a way-point must be created first. The more frame (reference) points created on the image or video frame, the more precise geo position is calculated. At least three frame points (not on the same line) have to be present on each image or way-point. After the Run is geo referenced you can watch video, images, maps synchronized. Also it is possible to export geo referenced data and pack together with media data or without, and send it to different computer for usage by other people. In future releases we will add automatic geo referencing and annotations, and possibly customized computer pattern recognition and comparison of videos and images.
